Al-Fawz Center Policies and Regulations
Please ensure that you have all the following items and comply with the rules during training:
· Drying towel
· Boxing gloves and Shin guard
· Appropriate sports shorts and t-shirts specifically designed for Muay Thai or Boxing
· Running shoes
· Mouth guard and Groin protector
· Bag
General Rules and Conduct:
· Parking adjustments during training are not allowed—please park properly before entering the gym.
· Arrive five minutes before the start of training.
· Place your shoes in the designated area.
· Set your phone to silence before training (ideally, leave it in the car).
· Bags should be placed next to the changing room.
· Do not leave or re-enter the gym during training without the coach’s permission.
· Make sure to take all your belongings before leaving the gym.

Hygiene and Cleanliness Policy
· All members must use deodorant and body perfume prior to each training session.
· The club may cancel membership if personal hygiene concerns arise.
· Members must ensure the training area is left clean after each session.

Subscription Suspension and Cancellation Policy
· 1-month subscription: No suspension allowed.
· 3-month subscription: 1 suspension, up to 15 days.
· 6-month subscription: 2 suspensions, total up to 30 days.
· 12-month subscription: 3 suspensions, total up to 45 days.
· Requests for suspension with a retroactive date are not accepted.
· Subscribers must inform the club management of their desire to suspend the subscription before attending.
· The subscriber is not entitled to cancel the subscription after attending more than two training sessions, or one trial session and one training session.

Disclaimer
· Muay Thai, boxing, and martial arts in general involve physical contact with other members; therefore, the center disclaims responsibility for any injuries that may occur during training.
· The center is not responsible for the loss of any valuables or personal items inside the gym.

Social Media Policy
· The subscriber agrees that the club may photograph training sessions or internal events and has the right to use these images on its social media platforms or in any promotional material related to the club.
